All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. You will receive a tracking confirmation email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

UK SHIPPING SERVICES & RATES
We ship all UK orders exclusively using Royal Mail Tracked services. This guarantees safe transit, a secure delivery photo, and step-by-step tracking.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Delivery):
Aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days (including Saturdays).
Rate: Calculated at checkout.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express Delivery):
Aims to deliver the next working day (including Saturdays).
Rate: Calculated at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Because we use Royal Mail Tracked services, your package is fully insured against loss or transit damage. In the extremely rare event that your package goes missing, Royal Mail provides full tracking coordinates and photo evidence at the delivery point to help us resolve it or issue a replacement immediately.
